After payment when is the item shipped?
Every item will have a shipping description directly beneath it to give the customer insight on when the specific item will be shipped. We have items that are pre-made that are ready to be shipped within the same week as payment of item, and we also have items that are made to order or "pre-order." Pre-order items are offered due to the demand of items, we try our best to have a large amount of stock that is ready to be shipped to customers following payment but, this method allows a larger audience the availability to purchase highly sought after items release.
All of our products are made from scratch. We do not use blanks for any of the products that we produce. Meaning if an item is labled as a "pre-order" item please be aware it may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to make and ship your order to you. We will consistently update you on these specific items every week until shipement.

Return/Exchange Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (We issue refunds if there is a malfunction/wrongdoing on our part ex. deficient product, not to the standards we state in our description of the product, or you receive the wrong size)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return you can contact us at customerinfo.beyou@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping/Shipping Carriers:
Once the cutomer has purchased an item you will be sent an email regarding your order. (Please check you spam mail) The customer will also be provided with an email once a shipping label has been created and the item has been handed over to our shipping carrier.
Please understand that once your item is handed over to the shipping carrier we are no longer liable for any lost or stolen merchandise.
We currently offer First-Class and Priority-Shipping shipping through USPS.
